Having been covering Hollywood for the past few years, I rarely get a jolt in my body when I run into celebrities on the premier red carpets. But, sometimes, it does happen that you run in to an artist that provides that extra sense of excitement in the mind and body of a keen journalist such as I. That artist happened to be the one and only Jennifer Lopez.
You see, Jennifer is a true performer, belonging to the very exclusive club of Triple Threats–ability to sing, act and dance, professionally–a club that holds a less than handfull of members and does not seem to permit many within its realm. Justin, Maria and Bionce are deemed to be the other members.
Well, going back to my meeting with J-Lo, I knew that I would get my one question, but it had to be a good one. I had met J-Lo on several other premiers and Hollywood events, but never had the chance– or my media crew– to be able to interview her. She was always very sweet and approachable. And unlike some artists in Hollywood, she wasn’t afraid of the media.
So, knowing that she had dealt with the topic of mother-law(s) in the past, and having starred in a movie titled “Monster-In-Law”, made it only appropriate for me to ask her about her real-life experiences involving her mother-in-laws.
As I expected, she answered my question in detail, although, probably not as openly as I would have liked her to be about the topic. Please watch and decide for yourself.
